Your Franchise Store is fully synchronized with BIGsales:
Product catalog, stock levels, orders, carriers, shipping prices, and tracking are all managed through the API Integration Platform. This new integration system allows you to intuitively control the synchronization of your store with other sales channels.
Products are purchased during Big Sales at wholesale prices (including individual units), and the profit margin is the difference relative to the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) set by BIGsales.
The recommended margins vary depending on several factors, such as the product category, and can go up to 70%. However, you have complete freedom to set your own prices, either increasing or decreasing the recommended values. This means that the final margin depends on the pricing strategy you choose to apply.
Yes, BIGsales follows the RRP (Recommended Retail Price), but the franchisee is free to apply any margin policy they wish as part of their commercial strategy.
The store will be 100% yours, and the customers who purchase there will be buying directly from you. As such, you will receive payment for the orders and will need to invoice your customer. Your online store is set up to integrate with invoicing software, allowing you to easily generate invoices. Our technical support team can provide the necessary assistance for this process, recommending supported options and helping with their setup.
When you receive an order in your online store and it has been validated, you must inform BIGsales of your sale and make the payment. At this stage, you keep your profit margin and only pay the purchase price.
Once your order is received, BIGsales will immediately process it and ship it directly to your customer. This business model is known as Dropshipping.

Yes, you can disable an entire category or an individual item from being displayed in your store.
Don't worry about stock management. BIGsales takes care of this for you. The entire stock and shipping process is the responsibility of BIGsales.
You are free to choose which payment methods to use.
As a general rule, we install the following payment methods in your store:
PayPal: Many consumers trust PayPal, and although it may charge high fees initially, depending on your business volume, it is a very secure payment method for both the buyer and the seller. BIGsales preinstalls this payment method, and you simply need to activate the service by entering your email and password.
Credit/Debit Card: A large percentage of consumers use their credit/debit cards for online purchases. BIGsales preinstalls a payment gateway, allowing you to integrate your chosen service.
Multibanco / MBWay: In Portugal, these payment methods are widely used. As in previous cases, your store will be prepared to integrate these payment methods by signing a contract with the financial entity of your choice. We recommend contacting BIGsales so we can guide you in selecting the best options.
Bank Transfer: Few consumers choose this payment method nowadays as it is time-consuming and slows down order dispatch. However, this payment method is preinstalled in your store.
Other Payment Methods: You will always have the option to add other payment methods. Please consult BIGsales technical services for more information.
BIGsales offers product synchronization in six different languages, with translations performed by native professionals.
Yes, you are free to choose your domain as long as it is available. To ensure the domain is 100% yours, it must be registered in your name or your company’s name. BIGsales will guide you on how and where to register your personal details and provide the necessary technical support. Even if your initial plan is to sell only in Portugal, we recommend choosing a global name that is easily understood in multiple languages, as this will facilitate future expansion into other markets.
If you already have a registered domain and wish to keep it for your new store, you can do so by pointing the DNS to the hosting server. Once again, BIGsales will provide the necessary technical support for this operation.
After completing the initial procedures, you can choose the design of your store from the four available models. You will then be able to customize the design as you wish, allowing you to change the color scheme and product layout.
